철의 숨결 : Breath of Iron

Park Sung kyu Breath of Iron is a large-scale installation that embodies the tension between machine and cosmos. At the center of the work, a powerful blue light represents the “heart” or “core” of the machine. From this nucleus, radiant traces extend outward in every direction, as though the energy of the machine transcends time and space, expanding with vitality. The work does not simply depict materiality; it evokes the imagination of welding as a physical phenomenon that forges new worlds or opens hidden dimensions. In this vision, each mechanical breath resonates with the grandeur of an expanding universe, and the audience can feel its monumental rhythm. This is what Park achieved with Breath of Iron.
